1. Cancellation/No Show Policy We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. If an appointment is not canceled at least 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of your service to the card stored on file. If you " No call ,No show " there will be a fee equal to 50% of your service charged to the card on file. In the event of a true unavoidable emergency , your cancellation fee may be used towards your future service 2. Scheduled Appointments We understand that delays can happen however, we must keep the other clients on time. If a client is 10 minutes past their scheduled time, we will have to reschedule/cancel the appointment.
